What is our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?
Strictly no returns or exchanges.
We only allow cancellation of orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands.
What shall I do if the item received is defective or damaged?
We only replace item which is defective or damaged.
We will send the replacement if there are defect(s) in the product.
To request for the replacement of damaged items, please email us within 7 Days after you have received your package with the photo(s) of the damaged item(s).
Otherwise, we reserve the right not to exchange the damaged item(s).
